Exploring the Depths

This is almost exactly what our Christmas tree looks like without my contacts in.  Last night Tana played some of my favorite Christmas songs on guitar while I sipped hot cinnamon tea gazing without contacts at our pretty tree.  We spent a little while like that, all cozy.  Sometimes I like having the poor eyesight that I have because things can look more magical like this Christmas tree.  It’s easier to space off on something when you can’t see it’s details.
